TEACHER'S TRAINING RESOURCES PACK
Will contain the final version for a training course plan for preschool staff members: teachers and educators, caretakers, auxiliary staff. It will unite the work plans of the two short-term joint training events plans into one, working the 12 actions to be developed with children (output 2) and also using the pedagogical diaries that the project participants will write during both training events.
It is then a training plan, written in a way that other educational training centres can easily follow and use, thus also disseminating the project final results. Its final writing is in direct connection with the results of the short-term joint training events, since they can be understood as pilot-tests for this output, validating the exercises and activities proposed within it.
This output will be result of a scientific investigation that will use the final target-group (the children) as the main source of information to create the activities and design the training plan. This ensures that the whole training is innovative, as it will start with a blank page that will be filled with the information gathered from the participating observation of the teachers, the answered questionnaires by the parents and the analyses of the children relation with outdoor spaces.
DIDACTIC-PEDAGOGICAL RESOURCES PACK FOR TEACHERS AND CARETAKERS
This output contains the didactic-pedagogical resources that integrate a set of 12 actions which, within this project, will be implemented by the preschool teachers and caretakers with the children. These actions will be composed focusing the four main domains of the child’s development, physical and motor, social, emotional and cognitive.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
This is the final output of the project and will, of course, result from the main investigation conclusions, after all activities have been implemented.
The main focus of these recommendations will be the benefits in the implementation of outdoor activities, which will be validated by the following activities: diagnosis of the current use and assessment of outdoor use by children from different stakeholders’ perceptions, implementation of the 12 actions designed within the project, reassessment of outdoor use by children; use of the pedagogical diary filled by the preschool teachers during activities implementation.
